I was commissioned by my mom to make a card for a friend. I hadn't yet used this image from Pure Innocence that I've had forever, so I decided to take it out for a spin. I used one of my favorite color combinations - light blues and browns. I especially like the way the boy turned out but like the overall composition as well. I made the matchbook cider holders below for people at work. No stamping involved just lots of laborious cutting! I taped the cider packet in at the bottom of the matchbook for easy removal.
These kinds of creations always tear at my heart because I know most of them go straight into the trash can. Oy! What's a crafter to do when she can't reclaim them and pull off the "valuables" for re-crafting?
